Regarding this issue, voters of Muong Tip commune pointed out the fact that many construction projects in the area were behind schedule, machinery and equipment were swept away by floods; schools were flooded with rocks and mud, affecting the lives of staff, students and local people... Accordingly, voters also recommended that there should be policies to support people to soon stabilize their lives.

Regarding the issue of hydropower, voters of Muong Ai commune expressed concern that in addition to the contribution of hydropower projects to the development of the country, many projects are currently causing significant impacts on people's lives. Voters requested to stop construction of hydropower projects in the area, and at the same time, the units operating the hydropower system during the recent flood discharge should have a mechanism to adequately compensate the affected people.

Regarding the issue of allowances, voter Ngan Van Thu, a police officer in Pieng Pho village, Pha Danh commune, said that allowances for police officers in villages and hamlets are still low, only from 600 - 800 thousand VND/month, while the large workload makes it difficult to ensure security and order in villages and hamlets. Therefore, voters recommend that the National Assembly should have a reasonable allowance regime for police officers.
