Implementing the voter contact program after the 3rd Session of the 14th National Assembly, on the morning of June 27, in Nghia Lac commune (Nghia Dan), comrade Phan Dinh Trac, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee and National Assembly deputies of Nghe An province at constituency No. 2 had a meeting with local voters.

At the meeting with voters, comrade Moong Van Tinh, representing the National Assembly Delegation, informed voters about the program of the 3rd Session of the 14th National Assembly.

The 3rd session of the 14th National Assembly has successfully concluded, completing the proposed agenda with many important contents on legislative work, deciding on important issues of the country and supreme supervision. The National Assembly spent time reviewing and approving 12 laws, 12 resolutions and giving opinions on 6 draft laws.

At the same time, consider and decide on important issues such as approving the state budget; Regarding supreme supervision, the National Assembly considers reports of agencies in the state apparatus; thematic supervision; the National Assembly's supervisory activities program in 2018 and answers questions from delegates.

At the conference, voters expressed their high agreement with the planned agenda of the recent session of the 14th National Assembly, and at the same time made specific recommendations on a number of issues that received much attention locally.

Nghia Lac is a remote commune with many difficulties in all aspects. At the conference, voters of Nghia Lac commune focused on recommending that the Party, State, National Assembly and Government pay attention to investing in building infrastructure to serve economic development and meet people's living standards such as electricity, roads, schools and cultural houses.

Mr. Le Manh Cuong, a voter (Tan hamlet) reported on the degraded electricity supply, low power grid system, and the risk of unsafety for people; seriously degraded roads, hoping for early investment to upgrade and make asphalt roads convenient for people to travel. In Nghia Dan district, there is a TH dairy farm, TH's cars transport grass and cow dung every day, causing damage to roads and air pollution; The number of students dropping out of school is increasing due to long distances, especially since the merger of Nghia Lac Secondary School with Nghia Loi Secondary School, students in the commune have to go to school more than 7 km away, and traffic is difficult. It is recommended that relevant departments, branches, and localities have appropriate solutions to overcome this.

In addition, other opinions are concerned about the issue of capital sources, preferential capital sources of the State, the Government for loans to develop agriculture and rural areas, there are policies, all levels of sectors and localities need to implement them soon so that people can access investment capital to serve production development, livestock and perennial crop planting; social insurance regime for people, support regime for people with revolutionary contributions is still slow; frontline civilian labor regime for those participating in the battlefield; taking care of clean water sources for people in especially difficult economic areas, lacking domestic water, etc.

On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation, comrade Phan Dinh Trac acknowledged and accepted voters' opinions and issues under local authority. He requested district leaders to directly explain at the conference.
