(Baonghean.vn) - Through online phone calls, many voters reported inadequacies in land management, site clearance compensation, policies, etc. at the 4th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.

Land sector, site clearance compensation

-VotersDien Thuc Lake (Quynh Luong commune, Quynh Luu district)reported that in 1997, the People's Committee of Quynh Luong commune mobilized his family to exchange land to build a campus for Quynh Luong primary and secondary schools, but during the exchange process, his family still lacked 186m.²land and has not yet supported the house construction; in addition, his family was also required to pay the difference between the departure and arrival places of more than 2.5 million VND. Therefore, he requested the competent authority to resolve the legal rights of his family.

- Voter Phan Van Trung (Tang Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district)Reflection, village cadres lease land in village 7, Tang Thanh communeunauthorized, request the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Yen Thanh District People's Committee to consider handling according to the provisions of law.

- Voter Tran Canh Tuan (Hung Loc commune, Vinh city)reflecting that Mr. Hoang Minh Hue and Ms. Vo Thi Que, residing in Hamlet 19, Nghi Kieu Commune, Nghi Loc District, submitted a dossier to request land division (and return the land to build a road when dividing the plot), but Nghi Loc District People's Committee returned the dossier with the reason of waiting for the opinion of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. He requested Nghi Loc District to promptly resolve the issue for the citizens.

- Voter Le Van Thanh (Thai Son commune, Do Luong district)reflecting the slow implementation of the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 1120/UBND-BTD dated March 5, 2021 on handling his petition regarding the restoration of the current status of the Le Van family cemetery.

Transport and construction sector

- Voter Tran Anh Nghia (Hung Binh ward, Vinh city)reflectLy Thuong Kiet street projecthas been going on for many years but has not been implemented, causing public outrage. We propose that the Provincial People's Committee soon include it in the investment and construction plan in the coming time.

- Voter Tran Khac Truc (Le Mao ward, Vinh city)reflecting, on December 18, 2020, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 8980, requesting the restoration of the original state of the Tran Khac Family Temple Relic in Bui Bui Hamlet, Cong Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District, however, up to now, Yen Thanh District People's Committee and Cong Thanh Commune People's Committee have not yet implemented it. He requested the Provincial People's Committee to continue directing Yen Thanh District People's Committee to seriously implement the above request.

- Voter Le Thi Lai (Nghia Hoi commune, Nghia Dan district)Recommend that the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee pay attention to supporting allowances for part-time managers at the commune cultural center and commune radio station, because these two positions often require very hard overtime work.

- Voter Nguyen Quang Hoa (Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh city)It is reflected that in the province there are 11 districts without irrigation staff, so the province needs to pay attention to arranging for localities to effectively manage irrigation reservoirs in the area.

- Voter Lang Van Thanh (Chau Hanh commune, Quy Chau district)reflecting that he was entitled to retirement benefits under Decree No. 108 from November 20, 2014 of the Government, but has not yet received a one-time subsidy, requesting that all levels promptly resolve the benefits in accordance with regulations.

Informing voters' opinions and recommendations via the online telephone line at the 4th session, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the chair of the session, Comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed that, based on functions and authority, after the session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council will have a document to transfer voters' opinions and recommendations to competent agencies for consideration, resolution and response to voters.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council will also assign units to monitor and urge the settlement of departments, branches and localities, ensuring that voters' recommendations are seriously resolved.
