Quy Chau voters: Need to review ineffective agricultural and forestry land allocated to people for production
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 6, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee and National Assembly deputies of Nghe An province at constituency No. 2 continued the program of meeting voters of 3 communes of Chau Binh, Chau Hoi, Chau Nga (Quy Chau).
At the meeting, voters had 23 recommendations related to the economic, cultural and social development situation in the three communes of Chau Binh, Chau Hoi and Chau Nga.
From the reality of people's lives, there are still many difficulties due to lack of production materials. Voters of 03 communes hope that National Assembly deputies and related agencies will propose to the province and district to have solutions to review and allocate part of the ineffective land of the Forestry Department to people for production to develop the economy.

Voters of Lam Hoi Village (Chau Hoi Commune) proposed that all levels and sectors pay attention to the issue of not having classrooms for preschool children in Tan 1 Village and Khun Village. Voters of Hoi 1, Thung Khang, and Pa Hoc Villages (Chau Binh Commune) proposed that there should be investment solutions to build and upgrade rural roads in the villages; review the policy of assessing poor households so that the poor do not rely on others and do not want to escape poverty, etc.
At the conference, many voters also requested that the State have policies to solve the problem of students not having jobs after graduation; pay for the previous investment in the power grid of the Electricity Cooperative to the people...

On behalf of the National Assembly deputies, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee, answered some recommendations from voters. Regarding the idea of solving employment for students after graduation, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac said: To solve the employment problem, there need to be many comprehensive solutions, focusing on improving the quality of vocational training, attracting investment, especially doing a good job of guiding students to stream them right from high school.
Regarding the issue of land and forest allocation to people, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee Phan Dinh Trac affirmed: "It is necessary to review and inspect ineffectively used agricultural and forestry land in the area to recover and hand it over to households and organizations that really need land for production and economic development, both contributing to sustainable poverty reduction and avoiding illegal and ineffective land transfers."
The National Assembly Delegation will accept and synthesize recommendations that are not within its authority and submit them to the National Assembly as soon as possible.
