One issue that voters are concerned about and recommend is the performance of duties and responsibilities, and the ethics of public service of officials. Voter Tran Cong Hoi, Tan Tra village, Bong Khe commune (Con Cuong) reported that the Con Cuong District Inspectorate did not handle his complaint objectively and did not consider the evidence he provided. Voter Hoi requested the District Inspectorate to re-handle his complaint.

Voter Pham Ngoc Hoan, hamlet 5, Thanh Tuong commune (Thanh Chuong) reported that May 19, 2017 was a normal working day, but leaders and officials of Thanh Tuong commune People's Committee went on vacation, and there were no officials to handle work for the people.

In the agricultural sector, voter Nguyen Ba Trieu, Hien Son commune (Do Luong), stated that in 2009-2010, the State had a policy of abolishing agricultural vehicles. In Hien Son commune, 13 households submitted documents requesting support when abolishing agricultural vehicles, but have not yet received support. Voter Trieu requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the inspection and clarification.

Meanwhile, voters in Thai Hoa town recommended that rubber and coffee trees should not be converted or replaced with sugarcane on the red basalt land because sugarcane will cause soil degradation. Voters said that priority should be given to planning for coffee and rubber trees to ensure stability and long-term benefits in the basalt land.

Also in Thai Hoa, some voters suggested that the province inspect and review poor households because some households have money in the bank but are still classified as poor households; at the same time, inspect and check the fake war invalids and Agent Orange regimes....

The issue that voters most frequently reported was the field of war invalids and social affairs. Voters in Hamlet 5, Bac Son Commune (Do Luong) reported that martyr Mai Xuan Phuong, who died in 1967, has not yet been granted a Certificate of Merit due to an incorrect name in the martyr's file. Voters requested that the authorities consider and resolve the issue.

Voter Nguyen Van Sy, hamlet 10, Quynh Hau commune (Quynh Luu) raised the issue that he has not been resolved or guided to enjoy the regime, even though he submitted additional documents to resolve the war invalid regime since 2016.

Voter Nguyen Nhu Khoa, block 19, Hung Binh ward (Vinh city) proposed that Vinh city People's Committee pay money to support housing repairs, awards and medals for policy beneficiaries in Hung Binh ward.

Voter Nguyen Trung Vinh, Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City, reported that he was the former Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Hung Dung Ward, participated in social insurance for 9 years, and has been out of work for 1 year but has not yet received his benefits. Regarding voters' opinions, reflections and suggestions, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council requests the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to seriously resolve and respond to voters' opinions when receiving documents from the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council./.
