(Baonghean.vn) - In order to encourage buyers to get invoices when purchasing goods and services to manage business revenue, avoid tax losses, and at the same time encourage sellers of goods and services to use electronic invoices with tax authority codes, Nghe An Tax Department has implemented the "Lucky Invoice" program in the area.

Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Finance, the General Department of Taxation has just launched the "Lucky Invoice" program to tax departments of provinces and cities.

For the following "Lucky Invoice" selection periods, no later than the 15th of the first month of the following quarter, the Tax Department will organize the selection of the "Lucky Invoice" of the previous quarter, announce the winner and organize the awarding of the prize to the winner no later than 30 days from the date of announcement of the winner.

The "Lucky Invoice" program will apply to electronic invoices with tax authority codes, with full buyer identification information (tax code/CCCD/ID card/passport) excluding: Canceled invoices, adjusted invoices, replacement invoices, invoices with duplicate seller and buyer tax code information.

Each invoice is selected only once, thereby ensuring that the selection of winning invoices is objective, public, transparent, and closely monitored by the supervisory board.

RULES OF THE PROGRAM "LUCKY BILL":

1. Scope of implementation:Applicable to all electronic invoices that meet the following conditions:

- Has tax authority code;

- The seller is an organization or individual under the management area of ​​Nghe An;

- Full identification information of the buyer as an individual or business household (Tax code/CCCD/ID card/passport);

- Not included: Canceled invoices, adjusted invoices, replacement invoices, invoices with duplicate tax code information of seller and buyer.

2. Time of organization:The organization will select the "Lucky Invoice" number quarterly, starting from the second quarter of 2022 until further notice from the General Department of Taxation.

3.Prize structure:Each quarter will select 1 First prize; 3 Second prizes; 5 Third prizes and 12 Encouragement prizes, specifically:

- 1 First Prize: Worth 10,000,000 VND;

- 3 Second prizes: Each prize is worth 3,000,000 VND;

- 5 Third prizes: Each prize is worth 1,000,000 VND;

- 12 Consolation prizes: Each prize is worth 500,000 VND.

4.Regarding the announcement of results and awarding of prizes:

- The results of the "Lucky Invoice" Program of each quarter will be publicly announced by the Tax Department on the Department's Electronic Information Portal.Tax:https://nghean.gdt.gov.vnand on the pageFacebook Nghe An Provincial Tax Departmentthe same day after the end of each batch of the "Lucky Bill" Program.

- Time limit for receiving rewards: Within 30 days from the date of announcement of the results of the "Lucky Invoice" Program of each quarter. After this time limit, the lucky invoice selection results are no longer valid for receiving rewards.

Previously, to encourage buyers to get into the habit of getting e-invoices when purchasing goods and services, the General Department of Taxation piloted the "Lucky Invoice" program in two phases based on the e-invoice database with codes of tax authorities in 6 provinces and cities including: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong City, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh and Binh Dinh. The implementation of this program has received many positive comments, created a good impression and spread excitement about using e-invoices among taxpayers.
