Climate change has become an existential challenge, forcing every country and every economy to change their thinking and actions. In that context, the green transition is an inevitable command for Vietnamese enterprises in general, Nghe An enterprises in particular, especially those oriented towards export markets.

A series of social housing projects in Nghe An have selected investors, expected to supply nearly 28,000 apartments.

Nghe An has approved the investment policy and detailed planning of 41 social housing projects, expected to provide about 36,000 apartments; of which, 34 projects have selected investors, equivalent to nearly 28,000 apartments.

Over the past 3 years, Nghe An has emerged as a bright spot in the map of foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction in the North Central region and the whole country. FDI capital not only brings abundant financial resources but also opens up a strong transformation for the local industry, gradually enhancing Nghe An's position in the global supply chain.
