Born in 1955, he has been a FIFA lecturer since 2005. He has held the position of Technical Director of the Mongolian Football Federation from 2019 to 2021; Technical Director of the Al Shaab Football Academy of the UAE from 2016 to 2017; Technical Director and Head Coach of the Al Wahda Club of the UAE from 2008 to 2011; Head Coach of Negeri Sembilan Club (Malaysia) and Busaiteen Club (Bahrain) from 2005 to 2006.
Notably, Mr. Hatem Souissi was also a colleague on the coaching staff of coach Philippe Troussier during the time the French strategist worked at Hangzhou Greentown Club (China) in 2015, at Sfaxien Club (China) in 2014 and at the Qatar National Team in 2003 - 2004.
