Vietnam Red Cross Society provides emergency relief and timely support to people in flooded areas of Nghe An
Faced with serious damage caused by floods and rains following storm No. 3 (Wipha), the Vietnam Red Cross Society has urgently deployed emergency relief activities to promptly support affected households in Nghe An province.

People in the flood-hit areas of Tuong Duong and Muong Xen (Nghe An) were moved to welcome the emergency relief helicopter of the Ministry of National Defense.
At noon on July 24, when the Ministry of National Defense's helicopter carrying relief goods arrived at Tuong Duong and Muong Xen communes, the people were extremely happy and joined hands to transport food, drinking water, and essential items to people in need.
