At heavily flooded and isolated areas are Thanh Xuan and Thanh Duc communes, districtThanh Chuongand Hung Trung districtHung Nguyen,HNghe An Provincial Red Crossdonated life jackets, instant noodles, fresh milk, dry food, bottled water, necessities... worth over 126 million VND.

Also on this occasion, the Association gave hundreds of meals to flood-affected households that had to evacuate in Ben Thuy ward, Vinh city.
