Previously, immediately after receiving information from the Ministry of Health about flights with people testing positive for Covid-19, Nghe An issued an urgent document to search for Nghe An passengers. After only a few hours, they were found and taken to centralized quarantine and tested. One case named Ho Van Ninh (reported to be from Thanh Tung commune, Thanh Chuong) has not been found yet. Although the authorities have checked the entire population in the commune, they have not found anyone with the same name.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh, the unit has just sent 10 more samples to the Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology for testing and the results are not yet available. Tomorrow, Nghe An is expected to take samples from more than 100 people in centralized quarantine for testing. These are citizens who have just returned from Laos.
