Covid-19 test results of more than 7,000 people in Nghe An are available
(Baonghean.vn) - To date, Nghe An has tested 7,414 cases, of which 7,087 people have tested negative. The remaining 327 cases are awaiting results.
According to the report of Nghe An Department of Health, as of the morning of April 19, there were only 153 cases in the province that had to be isolated and monitored to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic. The lowest number in many months.
Of these, 39 people are isolated and monitored at home; 28 people are isolated at the district level; 54 people are isolated at the provincial level and 32 people are isolated and treated at the hospital.

Yesterday alone (April 18), in Nghe An, 123 people were given certificates of completion of quarantine and sent back to their localities for further monitoring. All were citizens returning from Thailand and Laos.
In addition, out of nearly 1,000 people returning from the Bach Mai Hospital outbreak, only 20 people in Nghe An are currently in quarantine. Of these, 10 are quarantined at home, 4 are quarantined at the district level, and 6 are quarantined at the hospital.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Director of Nghe An Province Center for Disease Control, up to now, the testing samples have basically been completed for citizens returning from Laos, Thailand and the outbreak area of Bach Mai Hospital. Currently, the unit is focusing on testing samples for staff serving at concentrated quarantine areas.
Regarding the case of a Samsung worker, according to Mr. Dinh, there are some F1 and F2 people working at this company who are from Nghe An. However, recently, none of them have returned to their hometowns, so there are no cases that need to be monitored or tested.
