Da Nang launches additional Internet application to "listen to the people"

The Giving Feedback application will help organizations and citizens send opinions and reflect social issues for authorities to handle and resolve.

In early 2016, the Da Nang city government officially launched the Feedback Application (Gopy.danang.gov.vn) to receive feedback and comments from the people. Accordingly, the Feedback application will help organizations and citizens send feedback, comments and comments on issues related to the environment, urban traffic, social security, etc. and monitor and know the handling results of relevant state agencies.

The Danang Public Service Information Center is the unit that operates this application (receives people's comments, transfers them to relevant agencies for processing, monitors and posts processing results on the application) and is operated on the Danang e-Government Information System platform.

What is special is that the City People's Committee has issued regulations on the operation of this Application, in which agencies must process and provide comments within 03 working days. For comments and reflections that are complicated or related to many agencies, the Public Service Information Center will report to the City People's Committee for direction on handling.

With the above results, the Danang Public Service Information Center was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the City People's Committee for its outstanding model contributing to the Year of Urban Culture and Civilization 2015 (Urban Culture and Civilization Year 2015) at the Summary Conference of "Urban Culture and Civilization Year 2015".

It is known that in 2015, the Danang Public Service Information Center opened a channel for comments and feedback (via phone numbers 05113 881 888, 0511 1022). As a result, from the beginning of March 2015 to the end of December 2015, it received 520 comments and feedback from the people (over 50 comments/month) and transferred them to the 43 City Inter-sectoral Team and relevant agencies for timely handling; at the same time, it responded to the people about the handling results.

Along with operating the hotline 0511 1022, the Facebook page Danang Urban Management: Convenient - Green - Clean - Beautiful... the "Suggestion" application creates another official, public and reliable reception channel of the Danang City government.

The Feedback application will contribute to creating an official, public and reliable reception channel of the Da Nang city government, so that all levels and sectors can promptly handle outstanding issues in the process of performing professional tasks that their sectors and localities manage./
