Since the floodwaters continued to rise from last night to this morning, the sleeper bus could not move. Although the local authorities were contacted, due to the darkness and the rapid rise in floodwaters, it was very difficult to access the scene to rescue the bus.

This morning (July 23), the authorities of Huu Kiem commune organized forces and used motorboats to travel along the Nam Mo river to reach the area where the car was stuck.
