"We have found people who were directly present in this video and questioned them. Today we present interviews with these people. Douma residents recount in detail the process of staging the video clip, which parts they themselves participated in and what they did," - said Mr. Konashenkov.
Russian servicemen can be sure that these are the people captured on video. According to Konashenkova, two medical specialists work in the local hospital's Emergency Department. They stated that "all the victims brought to the hospital showed no signs of chemical poisoning."
"While providing first aid to the victims of the bombarded building, unknown people ran into the hospital. Some of them had video cameras with them. They started shouting, causing panic, pouring water from the hose, wetting everyone and constantly shouting that everyone was poisoned by a toxic substance... The patients and their relatives in a panic also unconsciously poured water on each other," - said a representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
"After using the camera to record all this chaos on video, the strangers quickly disappeared," - Mr. Konashenkov added.
