41 F1 cases of 3 new Covid-19 infections in the community in Nghe An have been identified

Initially, the authorities have identified and quarantined 36 F1s related to patient PVK and his wife D.TL. This morning, they will collect community samples from about 100 people in the area where the couple lives. As for the third patient, NTC, the authorities have identified 5 F1s and have quarantined them and taken them for testing.

Currently, Vinh City authorities continue to drastically implement epidemic prevention measures, investigate and trace, and disinfect locations related to the patient.

Specifically: patient PVK, male, born in 1956. Address: Yen Hoa block, Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh city. At home, the patient showed signs of fever and fatigue. On the afternoon of October 14, the patient went to Nghe An General Hospital for examination, where the patient's sample was taken for a rapid test with a negative result. After that, the patient's sample was taken for a pooled test with a suspicious result. Immediately after that, the patient's sample was taken again for testing, and on the morning of October 15, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus. The patient has been injected with 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine.

The second patient is D.TL, female, born in 1961. Address: Yen Hoa block, Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh city. The patient is the wife of patient PVK who was announced at the same time. On the afternoon of October 14, the patient took her husband to Nghe An General Hospital for examination, where the patient's sample was taken for a rapid test with a negative result. After that, the patient's sample was taken for a pooled test with a suspicious result. Immediately after that, the patient's sample was taken again for testing, and on the morning of October 15, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus. The patient has been injected with 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine.

The third patient is NTC, male, born in 1952. Address: Block 1, Thanh Chuong town, Thanh Chuong district. On October 11, the patient went to stay at his son's house in Block 5, Quan Bau ward, Vinh city. On October 14, the patient went to Cua Dong General Hospital for examination, where the patient's sample was taken for a rapid test with a positive result. Immediately after that, the patient's sample was taken for testing. On the morning of October 15, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
