Provincial People's Council delegates meet voters on a thematic basis in Tan Ky

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 22, the delegation of the 17th Provincial People's Council, including Mr. Pham Van Hoa - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Council; Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Lang Thi Hoai - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hop commune, Tan Ky district, had a meeting with Tan Ky voters.

Provincial People's Council delegates approved the draft resolution on the school milk program in the province for the period 2018-2020 and the draft price of medical examination and treatment services not covered by health insurance funds in state medical examination and treatment facilities.

At the meeting, voters of Tan Ky district expressed their opinions focusing on the following content: All levels and sectors need to focus on extensive propaganda work to the people so that people understand the benefits and humanity of giving children school milk.

Voters believe that milk companies need to provide schools with milk preservation equipment and support schools with human resources or funding to implement the school milk program.

Voters also recommended that local authorities issue poverty certificates early in the year to facilitate schools in supporting children to drink school milk.

In addition, voters agreed with the price of medical examination and treatment services not covered by health insurance funds in state medical examination and treatment facilities, aiming for 100% of people to participate in health insurance.

After listening to voters' opinions, recommendations and aspirations, the provincial People's Council delegates and representatives of Nghe An Department of Health received and explained the issues reflected and recommended by voters within their authority and collected them to be sent to relevant levels and sectors for consideration and resolution./.
