Voters of My Ly commune proposed and recommended a number of difficulties and problems to the provincial People's Council delegates such as: need to build a road from Hoa Ly - Pha Chieng, build a bridge across the river of Yen Hoa village, some villages do not have community houses such as Huoi Pun village, Xop Tu village community houses are degraded, domestic water is heavily polluted by My Ly Hydropower Plant, compensation for people is not suitable, allowances for police officers are still low and some opinions related to support for the construction of more irrigation works, rural traffic works, some classrooms of primary schools in small villages are degraded and need to be upgraded; support policies for ethnic minority students in especially difficult areas...
