After the rearrangement of administrative units, Ky Son district (old), Nghe An province, formed which 7 new communes?
Pursuant to Clauses 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, Article 1 of Resolution 1678/NQ-UBTVQH15 in 2025, there are regulations on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Nghe An province in 2025 as follows:
Article 1. Arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Nghe An province
Pursuant to Project No. 343/DA-CP dated May 9, 2025 of the Government on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Nghe An province in 2025, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly decided to arrange to establish commune-level administrative units of Nghe An province as follows:
30. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Bao Thang commune and Chieu Luu commune into a new commune called Chieu Luu commune.
31. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Bao Nam, Huu Lap and Huu Kiem communes into a new commune called Huu Kiem commune.
32. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Muong Ai commune and Muong Tip commune into a new commune called Muong Tip commune.
33. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Muong Xen town, Ta Ca commune and Tay Son commune into a new commune called Muong Xen commune.
34. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Dooc May commune and Na Loi commune into a new commune called Na Loi commune.
35. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Nam Can commune and Na Ngoi commune into a new commune called Na Ngoi commune.
36. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Pha Danh commune and Nam Can commune into a new commune called Nam Can commune.
Thus, based on the above regulations, the 6 new communes of Nghe An Province formed from Ky Son District (old) after the arrangement include:
