Pursuant to Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Article 1 of Resolution 1678/NQ-UBTVQH15 in 2025, there are regulations on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Nghe An province in 2025 as follows:

Based on Project No. 343/DA-CP dated May 9, 2025 of the Government on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Nghe An province in 2025, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly decided to arrange to establish commune-level administrative units of Nghe An province as follows:

1. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Kim Nhan town, Duc Son commune and Phuc Son commune into a new commune called Anh Son commune.

2. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Cao Son, Khai Son, Linh Son and Long Son communes into a new commune called Yen Xuan commune.

3. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Cam Son, Hung Son and Tam Dinh communes into a new commune called Nhan Hoa commune.

4. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Lang Son, Tao Son and Vinh Son communes into a new commune called Anh Son Dong commune.

5. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Hoa Son, Hoi Son and Tuong Son communes into a new commune called Vinh Tuong commune.

6. Arrange the entire natural area and population size of Binh Son commune (Anh Son district), Thanh Son and Tho Son into a new commune called Thanh Binh Tho commune.

Thus, based on the above regulations, the 6 new communes of Nghe An Province formed from Anh Son District (old) after the arrangement include:
