The 4th Congress of the Forest Protection and Development Fund Party Cell for the 2020 - 2022 term

The Party Cell of Nghe An Forest Protection and Development Fund is under the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. In the 2017-2020 term, the Party Cell has affirmed its role as the political nucleus leading cadres and party members to promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, stick to the grassroots, direct management, and inspect the effective implementation of political tasks, and is considered a pioneer unit implementing the autonomy mechanism in the province's agricultural sector.

During the past term, the Party Cell has always been concerned and led in the good implementation of political and professional tasks, advising, directing, operating, inspecting, supervising and mobilizing revenue sources, and performing well the work of disbursing forest environmental service fees, reforestation work, and communicating about the policy of payment for forest environmental services...

Up to now, the Fund has disbursed over 42 billion VND in progress for the completion of replacement forestation projects, corresponding to the area of ​​replaced forestation of over 4,391 hectares (implemented by 33 projects in the province). At the same time, the Fund has focused on promoting and signing 41 trust contracts with facilities using forest environmental services and that revenue has been disbursed in a timely manner to serve forest environmental service work...

During the past term, the Fund successfully completed the targets set out in the Resolution of the 3rd Congress, the quality of activities of the Party Cell and the unit has increasingly changed significantly in all aspects. Well implemented administrative reform, grassroots democracy regulations, gradually improved the material and spiritual life of civil servants and workers. Innovated the leadership method and leadership capacity of the Party Cell, the quality of Party members, contributing to the successful implementation of the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels in the term 2015 - 2020.

After many discussions of delegates, the Congress agreed on the direction, goals and solutions for the 2020 - 2022 term: Continue to improve the leadership capacity of Party committees and organizations, build a contingent of cadres and Party members who are politically steadfast, have pure moral qualities, and have the working capacity to meet the requirements of the tasks.

Coordinate synchronously and consistently between the Party, professional and organizations and unions in building and developing the Fund into a unified collective, united in politics, ideology and organization, strong in expertise and profession to successfully complete assigned tasks in the new period, successfully implementing 100% of the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020 - 2022 term.

The Congress elected a Party Cell consisting of 5 comrades and comrade Nguyen Khac Lam, who was elected as Secretary of the Forest Protection and Development Fund Party Cell for the 2020-2022 term. Also at the Congress, a delegation was elected to attend the Party Congress of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
