Congress of delegates of Dien Van commune party committee (Dien Chau) term 2020 - 2025

In the 2015-2020 term, Dien Van achieved and exceeded 25/35 targets; economic growth rate reached 13.7%; average income per capita was 32.6 million VND/person/year (1.6 times higher than at the beginning of the term); economic restructuring in the right direction, with industry, construction, and trade services accounting for 87.8%.

Dien Van's strengths are aquaculture, salt production and grilled fish farming, which are industries with a high proportion in the agricultural sector. Culture and society continue to develop, 3/3 schools meet national standards (during the term, 2 schools met the standards); the Commune Health Station maintains the title of Labor Hero in the renovation period and is the leading unit in grassroots health care in the province.

The most outstanding feature during the term was the construction of new rural areas. The whole commune invested nearly 65 billion VND in infrastructure construction, and people donated 4,000 m²Land for traffic roads has so far achieved 16/19 new rural criteria.

Regarding Party building work, during the term, the Party Committee has developed and issued 73 resolutions, 35 programs, 2 projects; 75 decisions to lead and direct implementation in the fields of economy - culture - society - national defense and security and Party building, consolidating a strong political system.

Regarding the implementation of Directive 05, 55 collectives and individuals have been honored as typical examples of learning and following Uncle Ho; the entire Party Committee of the commune has built 35 skillful mass mobilization models...

In the new term 2020 - 2025, Dien Van Party Committee strives for an economic growth rate of 11%; average income of 55 million VND/person/year; 6/6 hamlets meeting cultural and sports institution standards; 90% of Party cells and Party members, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations annually complete their tasks well or better. Striving to achieve new rural standards by the end of 2021.

Thanks to the good preparation for the congress, especially the personnel work, a high level of solidarity and unity was created throughout the Party Committee. The Congress elected 15 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Dien Van Commune Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and elected a delegation to attend the Dien Chau District Party Congress. Comrade Tran Thi Khanh was elected Secretary of the Dien Van Commune Party Committee.
