The 33rd Congress of Vinh University Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030) acknowledged the contributions, reflecting the spirit of innovation, aspiration for dedication and belief of cadres, party members and students in the leadership of the University Party Committee in the work of improving the quality of education, scientific research and international integration.
Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh approved the Party Congress of Vinh University of Technical Education and Vinh University Party Committee.

On the morning of August 21, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired the approval of the Party Congress of Vinh University of Technical Education and Vinh University Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
