Congress of Dien Loi Commune Party Committee (Dien Chau) for the term 2020 - 2025

During 2 days (June 2 and 3), the Party Committee of Dien Loi commune (Dien Chau) held the 22nd Congress of Delegates for the 2020-2025 term. Attending and directing the congress were comrade Hoang Minh Dao - Member of the Standing Committee, Commander of the Military Command of Dien Chau district; leaders of specialized departments and offices of the district and 190 delegates representing 329 party members in the entire party committee.

During the 2015 - 2020 term, the Dien Loi Commune Party Committee focused on leading and directing the people to develop the socio-economy based on the local potential and strengths. From the correct and creative orientation of the Party Committee, the determination of the government and the spirit of unity and solidarity of the people, the socio-economy of Dien Loi Commune has had rapid and sustainable development.

From a poor commune, after one term, with the right direction of the Party Committee and the People's Committee of Dien Loi commune, the local economy has been increasingly improved. The average annual economic growth rate is 11.6% (achieving the target set by the Congress); Small-scale industry - construction accounts for 9.0%, exceeding 2%; Service sectors - labor, salary and social policy account for 65.0%, exceeding the target set by the Congress.

The economy has shifted in the right direction, people's lives have improved, the average income per capita in 2019 reached 41 million VND; expected to reach 44 - 45 million VND/person/year in 2020 (an increase of 22.3 million VND compared to 2015), exceeding the target set by the Congress. If in 2015, the poverty rate of the whole commune was 22.6%, by 2020 it had decreased to 0.78% (a decrease of 21.8%), exceeding the target set by the Congress.

Not only creating a change in economic development, the local cultural and social sector also achieved many remarkable results. The Commune Party Committee effectively led the implementation of the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas", the physical training and sports movement developed widely, attracting a large number of people to participate; the rate of cultural families annually reached over 87%.

The quality of education and excellent students is increasing; school facilities are being renovated and renewed; primary schools and kindergartens meet national standards level 1.People's health care and protection are given attention and focus, national defense and security are maintained.

At the Congress, party members in the Party Committee expressed many opinions, discussed and unanimously approved the main directions, tasks and solutions to successfully implement the targets set by the Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term. In the immediate future,The Party Committee and people of Dien Loi commune are determined to strive to bring the commune to the new rural finish line in 2020. Strive for the commune to meet the model new rural standards by 2025.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Dien Loi Commune Party Committee will continue to focus on orienting tasks for the entire term, which are:

- Prioritize the service industry, wage labor and social policies, accounting for 71 - 72% of the economic structure; strive for an area for income of about 50 - 60%; by 2025, average income per capita will reach 68 - 70 million VND/year; budget revenue will be 1.7 times higher than in 2020, equivalent to 15 billion VND.

- Promoting the strength of labor resources, the Party Committee strives to find markets, creating jobs annually for 120 - 130 domestic workers and 50 exported workers.

- Kindergartens and primary schools meet national standards level 2.

- The Party Committee of the commune annually completes its tasks well or better. Strive for the commune to meet the model new rural standards by 2025.

In the spirit of democratic centralism, the Congress elected the 22nd Party Executive Committee of the commune for the 2020-2025 term. The Congress elected a delegation to attend the 26th Dien Chau District Party Congress. Comrade Nguyen Duc Kien was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Dien Loi Commune Party Committee.
