Tan Long Commune Party Congress (Tan Ky) term 2020 - 2025

In the 2015 - 2020 term, with solidarity, unity, and smooth coordination between Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and political, social, and socio-economic organizations, the country continued to have quite comprehensive development. The average economic growth rate from 2015 - 2019 reached 9.3%, equal to 96% of the Congress Resolution target.

The economic structure has shifted in the right direction, with agriculture, forestry and fishery decreasing, and service industries increasing. The total production value in 2020 is estimated at more than 145 billion VND, with per capita income reaching 42.5 million VND/year, an increase of 15.2 million VND compared to the beginning of the term. The cultural and social sectors have seen many improvements, and security and national defense have always been maintained and stable.

Regarding Party building, during the past term, the Party Committee has focused on political and ideological education within the Party and among the people; Innovating the form of dissemination and implementation of directives, resolutions and conclusions of higher levels. Propaganda work on the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State has always received regular attention; Promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".

Directing the completion of the hamlet merger, up to now the political system of the hamlets after the merger has been operating effectively. The Fatherland Front and political and social organizations have gradually innovated the content and form of activities, actively propagandized and mobilized union members to perform well the political tasks in the locality. The Tan Long Commune Party Committee has also done a good job in personnel work, inspection, supervision, and mass mobilization work.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Ha Xuan Phuc - Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Tan Ky District Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Party Committee and people of Tan Long commune have achieved over the past 5 years. He suggested that in the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee and people of Tan Long commune promote the spirit of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, and breakthroughs in the fields of economy, society, national defense - security and Party building.

By 2020, the total production value is estimated to reach over 228 billion VND, with an average annual growth rate of 10 - 11%. The average income per capita is 56 - 60 million VND/year. Every year, 3 - 5 outstanding people are admitted to the Party, striving to admit 15 - 20 Party members by the end of the term, the number of Party cells achieving Excellent Task Completion accounts for 20%, 100% of Party members are classified as Good Task Completion or higher.

With a spirit of concentration and democracy, the Congress elected 12 comrades to the new Executive Committee and elected a delegation to attend the 21st Tan Ky District Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
