On the afternoon of July 12, after completing the second session of the Congress, 260 delegates of the Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Nghe An province for the 2024-2029 term carried out social security activities for war invalids, sick soldiers, children and patients in difficult circumstances in the province.
