Stabbed brother to death for beating him while staying out all night

Being hit in the head by his brother, in retaliation, Hai used a Thai knife to stab his brother in the back, causing the victim to die from blood loss.

Phan Thiet City Police, Binh Thuan Province, arrested Nguyen Che Hai (17 years old, residing in Mui Ne Ward) to investigate the murder. The victim was the suspect's older brother.

On the afternoon of September 19, Nguyen Che Hai and his brother Nguyen Che Hau had a conflict and exchanged words at home. Hai was hit on the head by his brother.

Immediately after that, in retaliation, Hai used a Thai knife to stab his brother in the back, severing the victim's aorta and causing him to lose a lot of blood and die shortly thereafter.

Nguyen Che Hai told the police that on the evening of September 18, he took his parents' phone without permission and went out all night. His family could not contact him. At around 2:00 p.m. on September 19, when Hai returned home, he had an argument with his brother over the phone, leading to the murder.
