The incident occurred around the early afternoon of September 9, while traveling on Le Viet Thuat Street (Vinh City, about 1km from Coi Market), suddenly a crane on the side of the road dropped an electric cable and hit the front of the Phuong Thao bus (No. 21, Vinh Pedagogical College route - Yen Thanh district, license plate 37B - 01735) to stop suddenly, causing two motorbikes traveling in the same direction to crash into the back of the bus.
The accident caused two young men on the Exciter with license plate 37B2 - 61889 to be hospitalized in critical condition, and a couple on the Ware Alpha with license plate 37B2 - 69362 suffered minor injuries.
Authorities were immediately present at the scene to clarify the cause of the incident.
