During the Covid-19 epidemic, Nghe An player Phan Van Duc celebrated his birthday at home

Phan Van Duc turned 24 on April 11. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the midfielder from Nghe An only had a simple birthday party with his wife and family members. Van Duc received flowers and a cake with a picture of him in the Vietnamese national team jersey from his wife, Vo Nhat Linh.

"Happy birthday, my husband, I wish you good health, much success and always love your family like you do now," Nhat Linh congratulated her husband. The player from Nghe An also received many wishes from his teammates and fans.

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the V-League is currently postponed, with an unknown return date. Van Duc has been self-isolating at home for over 10 days. During this time, the midfielder born in 1996 often has his wife cook delicious meals for him to nourish him.

Van Duc and Nhat Linh held their wedding on January 30 (the 6th day of Tet). Nhat Linh revealed that she knew she was pregnant a few days before the wedding. Currently, the midfielder from Nghe An and his wife are eagerly waiting for the day their child is born. The couple is learning about parenting and gradually buying necessary items for the baby.

After having to sit out almost the entire season last year due to injury, Van Duc recovered in time before the start of V-League 2020. He played in SLNA's first two matches this season. In the match against Binh Duong in round 2 of V-League on the afternoon of March 14, the midfielder born in 1996 scored the only goal to help SLNA win 1-0.
