The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc inspects and examines civil servants in 2020

The examination and assessment of civil servants is conducted according to Plan No. 212-KH/TU, dated October 9, 2019 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on organizing the examination and assessment of civil servants of Party, State, Fatherland Front agencies and socio-political organizations of Nghe An province.

Attendtestare members of the Executive Committee, Deputy Heads of Committees, cadres and civil servants working at the Party Committee of the Bloc. Cadres and civil servants are tested and evaluated through 3 parts, including: (1) multiple choice test on general knowledge about the political system, organization and apparatus of the Party, State, socio-political organizations, professional work of party organization and building; (2) solving a situation, practical work related to the job position, assigned duties and responsibilities; (3) writing and defending the outline of the project, program, plan... suitable for the job position.

Through inspection and assessment, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Block highly appreciated the serious preparation and responsibility of the agency's staff, demonstrating their qualifications according to the job position of each title; and their ability to handle arising situations.

The test and assessment reflects well the ability to coordinate in handling work, teamwork skills, document drafting skills, information technology practice skills, especially the construction of highly practical programs, plans and projects that can be implemented in practice, contributing to the implementation of targets and tasks.Resolution of the Party Congress of the Blocthe 20th time proposed.

Test and assessment results showed that 100% of participating officers and civil servants met the requirements.
