Therefore, the Party cell needs to focus on leading Party members to promote their pioneering and exemplary role in self-study and research combined with promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation to improve the quality of lectures and meet the requirements of the new training program.

In addition, the Party cell needs professional leaders to continue organizing class observation activities and professional group activities to increase exchange and mutual learning of experiences to improve the quality of lectures.

Along with that, due to the impact of the epidemicCovid-19Impact and propose that the Party Cell coordinate with the professional to resolve problems, ensuring that Party members and lecturers properly and fully implement the teaching and scientific research hour targets of the year.

Some opinions suggested that the Party cell continue to organize another thematic Party cell meeting in the fourth quarter related to new Party documents, such as Conclusion No. 14-KL/TW of the Politburo on the policy of encouraging and protecting dynamic and creative cadres for the common good; Regulation No. 37-QD/TW on things Party members are not allowed to do; Conclusion 21-KL/TW...

The Party cell continues to pay attention to leading political and ideological work, leading organizations to care for the spiritual life of cadres, party members and employees.

From the discussion of the party members, the Party cell has supplemented and agreed on the key tasks of the Party cell in November 2021, including 5 groups of tasks; associated with the assignment of responsibilities to each comrade in the Party cell committee and party member for implementation.

In the spirit of building and learning from experience, delegates attending the meeting highly appreciated the seriousness and methodicalness of the Party cell and Party members in the meeting, meeting the spirit of innovation and improving the quality of Party cell activities set forth by the Party at all levels; at the same time, they added a number of points to note.

The Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board said that setting an example is first of all to help us understand, grasp, direct, and practice better in practice, so the Party cell needs to pay attention to drawing experience from some contents. For example, preparing a draft report on the Party cell's leadership results from the previous month and the key tasks for the following month needs to be sent in advance for Party members in the Party cell to study in advance.

In activities, it is necessary to more clearly evaluate the tasks set out for the month and evaluate the responsibilities of party members assigned to carry out those tasks; pay attention to reviewing and clarifying limitations and shortcomings in a spirit that is not too heavy but also not evasive. If we avoid small things every month, big things can easily arise.

The Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board also requested that the Party cell should seriously and regularly disseminate Regulation No. 08-QD/TU to Party members in the Party cell to spread it to Party members in schools and students through lectures; at the same time, research to design sample practice lectures for students to absorb.

Attending the meeting were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, comrade Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee; comrade Ton Thien Phuong - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy; comrades of the Party Committee and secretaries of the Party cells in the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee. The Party Cell of Department 10 of the Provincial People's Procuracy had 7 party members participating in the meeting.

Through attending the meeting, it was found that the thematic meeting took place seriously and methodically following the steps in Instruction No. 12-HD/TW, dated July 6, 2018 of the Central Organizing Committee.

The preparation work for the organization of the thematic activities was well carried out by the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, from developing a plan, selecting the thematic content, assigning party members to prepare, sending the draft content of the thematic for party members to study, and agreeing on the time and location of the organization of the activities.

After comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy Vinh, Secretary of the Party Cell, stated the purpose of the meeting, comrade Tran Thuy Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, presented the content of the topic: Some skills and experiences to improve the quality of implementing the right to request the Court to verify and collect documents and evidence in resolving administrative cases. It clearly stated the need to build a topic; legal basis, practical basis; current situation; skills, experiences and solutions for implementation in the coming time...

In the discussion, 5/7 party members spoke, all of them expressed their personal perceptions of the topic and its effects on each individual as well as the professional activities of Room 10, and at the same time, suggested adding some content, especially the practical experiences of each individual for other party members to learn. The Deputy Party Cell Secretary received and explained the proposed contents of the party members to complete the topic to send to party members for study, implementation and reporting to the party committee according to regulations. At the end of the meeting, the Party Cell Secretary evaluated the preparation work, the quality of the topic, the significance and effects of the topic on the party cell and party members, and concluded the contents that needed to be absorbed to supplement and complete the topic.

Speaking to the Party cell, the delegates highly appreciated and acknowledged the success of the thematic meeting that the Party cell of Room 10 had conducted, from the preparation work to the organization of the meeting and the conclusion of the meeting, the assessment of the quality of the Party cell's activities...; thereby, the delegates hoped that from the careful discussion and high consensus in this meeting, each Party member in the process of exercising the right to request the Court to verify and collect evidence in resolving administrative cases would actually perform the task to improve the quality and effectiveness of the inspection work of resolving administrative cases in particular and the inspection work of the two-level People's Procuracy of Nghe An province in general.

To continue to effectively implement documents from superiors on improving the quality of Party cell activities, especially effectively implementing Regulation No. 08-QD/TU, dated September 25, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on assessing the quality of Party cell activities, Comrade Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee requested the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee to disseminate the content of the regulations to all Party members to grasp the content and implement; after the model meeting, organize experience drawing to implement in the remaining Party cells in the Party Committee from November 2021.

At the end of the meeting, Party Cell 10 voted to classify the quality of the thematic meeting as Good with 96 points.
