The Resolution of the Party Congress of Nghe An Business Bloc sets out the requirement to continue improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, innovating the leadership methods of Party organizations, ensuring that enterprises produce and do business effectively, and improving their competitiveness.

To achieve this goal, one of the solutions that the Party Committee of the bloc has been interested in since the congress is to focus on innovating the form of propaganda, political and ideological education suitable for each target and each base in order to raise awareness of politics, ideology, policies, guidelines of the Party and laws of the State for the contingent of cadres and party members. Accordingly, the dissemination and study of Party Resolutions at all levels is organized by the Party Committee of the Bloc in a centralized form for comrades in the Party Committee, Chairmen of the Board of Directors and Board of Directors of enterprises.

Regarding the Party Committees and affiliated Party cells, due to the nature of the Party Committees being concurrent and focusing on production and business tasks, the Party Committee of the Bloc has also opened many classes to disseminate and study the resolutions for cadres and Party members of the Party Committees and affiliated Party cells. The classes are organized in the form of gathering at the Party Committee of the Bloc on Saturdays and Sundays, including at night, or many Party Committees and affiliated Party cells are combined to study, or in Party Committees with many Party units, they are organized right at the enterprise.

Similarly, political training classes for intermediate and primary levels, theoretical training for new party members, and party members are all conducted in this form.

Thanks to that approach, the number of cadres and party members participating in the classes has increased. Since the 5th Party Congress of the Enterprise Bloc, term 2015 - 2020, the Party Committee has organized 2 conferences to disseminate the Resolution of the Bloc Party Congress and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress to key cadres; 4 classes for cadres and party members of affiliated party committees and branches.

The Party Committee also coordinated with the Provincial Political School to organize 5 primary political classes for 261 cadres and party members and 1 intermediate political class for 83 students from 18 Party Committees. It opened 3 training classes on party work for 280 party committee members; 4 training classes on propaganda, inspection, organization, and office work for 548 comrades; 1 training class on legal work for 71 party committee members from 35 Party Committees; 2 training classes on youth union work for 300 students...

In addition, the Party Committee of the Bloc also opened 3 political training classes for 207 new party members; 4 political training classes for 295 party members in nearly 100 Party organizations...
