Transporting fireworks to sell, caught red-handed by traffic police
(Baonghean.vn) - Huan bought 70 kg of firecrackers from Kon Tum province and hid them in his backyard, waiting for a buyer to get a "good" price to sell. On the way to deliver the goods, he was caught red-handed by the traffic police.
At 7:00 p.m. on November 9, a working group of the Traffic Police Department of Vinh City Police was patrolling on Tran Nguyen Han Street (in Dong Vinh Ward, Vinh City) when they caught two subjects red-handed illegally buying, selling, and transporting firecrackers.
When seeing the authorities conducting the inspection, the two subjects resisted and intended to leave the evidence behind to escape.

Anticipating the risks, the task force promptly surrounded and controlled the two subjects and took them to headquarters. At the scene, the police seized 30 mortars of 49 types with a total weight of more than 70 kg and 2 motorbikes.
At the police station, the two subjects confessed to being Tran Van Huan (born in 1994, residing in Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city) and Vu Khanh Toan (born in 1982, residing in Dien Hoang commune, Dien Chau district).
Initially, Huan confessed that he bought the fireworks from Kon Tum province and hid them in his backyard, waiting for a buyer to get a "good" price. After finding a buyer, he was discovered by the authorities while transporting them.
The case is currently being investigated by the authorities.
