The young man decided to cycle more than 1,400 km through three countries: Thailand, Laos and Vietnam to watch the match between Vietnam and Thailand on the evening of November 19.
Thamcharoenjai - a Thai fan cycled for a week from his hometown to My Dinh Stadium to cheer on the 'War Elephants' before the match against Vietnam in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers on the evening of November 19.

Thamcharoenjai arrived in front of My Dinh Stadium, Hanoi on the evening of November 17. He picked up his bicycle and took a souvenir photo with Vietnam's national stadium, ending a 7-day journey, with a total distance of nearly 1,400 km through three countries: Thailand, Laos and Vietnam.
Sharing with Thai media, Mr. Thamcharoenjai said that he is a sports lover, especially cycling. Last week, he decided to cycle from his hometown Phitsanulok, a city located in central Thailand to Hanoi, both to travel and cheer for the national team.

"I love cycling and am proud of the journey I have just gone through," Thamcharoenjai shared. "I have tickets to watch the match on November 19, I also have a prediction about the match result but I will keep it private."
The Vietnam-Thailand match is of particular interest to fans and media from both countries. This is not only a decisive match for the top spot in Group G of the World Cup qualifiers but also carries an honorable significance because Vietnam and Thailand are long-time rivals in Southeast Asia.
