On British Vogue's Instagram, many people commented that the 42-year-old footballer looked different and more youthful than usual. One person wrote frankly: "Botox seems to suit David."
Victoria Beckham's husband quickly responded to the comments: "I don't agree with using botox. I'll take what people say as a compliment."
