Promoting the building of cultural people to ensure the environment for developing Cua Lo beach tourism
(Baonghean.vn) - Focusing on cultural development with socio-economic development, ensuring the environment for tourism development; preserving identity and selectively absorbing cultural quintessence - that is the direction of the Provincial Party Committee's inspection delegation at the working session with Cua Lo town on the implementation of Resolution 05 - NQ/TU.
Continuing the working program, on August 8, the inspection delegation of the Provincial Party Committee inspected, reviewed and evaluated the implementation of Resolution No. 05 - NQ/TU, dated December 14, 2016 of the Provincial Party Committee on building cultural people and cultural families of Nghe An to meet the requirements of integration and development in Cua Lo town.

In the afternoon, the delegation worked with leaders and representatives of departments and offices of Cua Lo town. After nearly 3 years of implementing the Resolution, Cua Lo has made progress in building cultural life.

Besides, there are still shortcomings, such as coordination between levels and sectors is not timely and not given due attention; mechanisms and policies to support and encourage people working in cultural work have not been created; investment resources are still limited, cultural institutions are still small-scale.

At the meeting, members of the inspection team focused on discussing issues that need to be further clarified, such as attitudes in business activities; attitudes of officials and civil servants in performing official duties; improving human resources for tourism; developing culture to attract tourists and build the image of coastal tourism; bringing folk songs to schools; social evils, etc.
