The recovery and conversion of land use purposes is still slow because it must be implemented in accordance with State regulations. However, with the efforts of the investor and the City's departments and branches, up to now, the Compensation and Support File for Land Acquisition and Site Clearance has been completed by the City Land Fund Development Center, Hung Hoa Commune People's Committee and Nghe An Rural Development Department. Currently, the City Land Fund Development Center is preparing a detailed plan for submission for appraisal and approval (expected to be completed in May 2016).
