Speeding up the progress of TECCO Con Cuong commercial service and housing complex

(Baonghean.vn) - Voters in Con Cuong town are concerned about the slow construction of the TECCO commercial service and housing complex project, which is affecting the lives of households in the area.

At the meeting, Con Cuong town voters made many suggestions to the Provincial and District People's Councils for consideration and resolution. Among them, the issue that most voters were concerned about was the delay in construction of the TECCO commercial service and housing complex project, affecting the lives of households in the area.

TECCO Con Cuong Commercial Service and Housing Complex Project has an investment of 513.83 billion VND, construction area of ​​nearly 9.8 hectares,

The town kindergarten has been degraded, but because it is located in the project's planning area, it has not been invested in or built further, leading to many difficulties in teaching and learning.

Voters also reflected that currently, environmental sanitation and encroachment on traffic safety corridors in the town still have many shortcomings, affecting people's lives as well as urban aesthetics; awareness of traffic safety law compliance, especially among the majority of young people, is still limited, hoping that the education sector will coordinate with relevant units to further promote propaganda work as well as impose sanctions.

In addition, the town's central market, built in 1994, has now deteriorated, so voters hope that the State will pay attention to supporting funding for repair and upgrading; at the same time, support the construction of a hard bridge across Lam River to facilitate trade and transport of raw materials for farmers.

Town voters also suggested that more attention should be paid to administrative reform, creating the most favorable conditions for people when coming to resolve administrative procedures...

Receiving voters' opinions, representatives of some district-level departments and leaders of Con Cuong town responded to the contents within their authority.

Representatives of the Provincial People's Council delegation directly explained some of the opinions and suggestions of voters. The remaining recommendations will be collected by the delegates and forwarded to the relevant agencies for consideration and resolution as soon as possible.
