Proposing the Politburo to expel one case from the Party

The Central Inspection Commission proposed that the Politburo maintain the expulsion from the Party for one case.

During 2 days (April 21-22), the 12th Central Inspection Committee held its 2nd and 3rd meetings. Mr. Tran Quoc Vuong - Politburo member - Party Central Committee Secretary - Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee chaired the meeting.

The Central Inspection Committee discussed and approved: Action program to implement the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress; Work program for the entire term and 2016 of the 12th Central Inspection Committee; Reviewed a number of cases within its authority.

According to the program, the Central Inspection Commission continues to innovate and improve the effectiveness of Party supervision and discipline work, contributing to preventing and repelling political and moral degradation, self-evolution, self-transformation, and fighting against corruption, waste, and bureaucracy.

At this session, the Central Inspection Commission focused on building and perfecting Party regulations to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of Party discipline inspection and supervision work; and considered and resolved Party disciplinary complaints against five Party members.

The Central Inspection Committee decided to maintain the disciplinary measure of reprimand for 2 cases, decided to maintain the disciplinary measure of expulsion from the Party for 2 cases, and reduced the disciplinary measure from expulsion from the Party to warning for 1 case.

Regarding the participation in giving opinions to the disciplinary complaint settlement delegations of the Secretariat and the Politburo, the Central Inspection Committee proposed that the Secretariat maintain the disciplinary warning for one case, and that the Politburo maintain the expulsion from the Party for one case./.
