Proposal to approve the Prime Minister to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the National Defense and Security Council

The President proposed that the National Assembly approve Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the National Defense and Security Council.

2. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan - Chairwoman of the National Assembly, Member

3. Mr. Ngo Xuan Lich - Minister of National Defense, Member

4. Mr. To Lam - Minister of Public Security, Member

Vice Chairwoman of the National Election Council: Previously, Chairwoman of the National Election Council Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval a list of Vice Chairmen and members of the National Election Council. The specific list includes:

1. Mr. Truong Hoa Binh - Deputy Prime Minister

2. Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh – Vice President

This afternoon, the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Chairman of the National Election Council and the President reported to the National Assembly the results of discussions at the Delegation and the explanation and acceptance of opinions of National Assembly deputies.

The National Assembly will approve the proposal of the Chairman of the National Election Council and the President by secret ballot before voting to pass the Resolution of approval this afternoon./.
