Currently (September 27),The tropical convergence zone has an axis of about 12-15 degrees North latitude connecting with a low pressure area at 1:00 a.m. this morning at about 14.0-16.0 degrees North latitude; 115.0-117.0 degrees East longitude.

Forecast:Due to the influence of the tropical convergence zone connecting with the low pressure area, the Central and Southern East Sea (including Truong Sa archipelago) will have heavy rain and thunderstorms. During the thunderstorm, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 7-8.
