By 2025, many Nghe An enterprises will reach Southeast Asia

(Baonghean.vn) - On May 17, the Provincial People's Committee held a working session to listen to and give opinions on the Plan for developing and training a team of entrepreneurs and enterprises in Nghe An province for the period 2016 - 2020, with a vision to 2025. Currently, there are 13,672 established enterprises in the province. According to the Nghe An Tax Department, as of December 2015, the province had 9,120 operating enterprises. Nghe An enterprises are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on the domestic market, paying little attention to foreign markets due to lack of financial capacity, technology, market information, production network... Small production scale makes it difficult for enterprises to invest in technological innovation to improve competitiveness.

Mr. Tran Anh Son, Permanent Vice President of Nghe An Outstanding Business Association, said that it is necessary to add more training programs for new graduates.

The goal is to build a team of businesses and entrepreneurs in Nghe An province that is strong in both quantity and quality, capable of planning business strategies, and dynamically adapting to changes in the business environment in the period of deep integration into the regional and world economy. By 2025, strive to have many businesses and entrepreneurs in Nghe An province with national-level brands, brands and the capacity to compete in Southeast Asia.

Ms. Vo Thi An, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, said that it is necessary to add a specialized English training section for business people.

According to the plan, in the coming time, 50 training classes will be organized with at least 2,500 participants, including increasing specialized business administration classes.

At the meeting, many opinions were given that in the coming years, training for businesses and entrepreneurs needs to supplement basic knowledge so that the business community can broaden its vision and identify its tasks.

Enterprises also need to improve their own training to survive in today's era. There should be an additional section for training in specialized English for business people to access the production and business environment of the region and the world. And there should be an additional training program for startups for new graduates.

I hope the Provincial People's Committee will create conditions for more funding for training, and at the same time, more funding for business associations to operate more closely with businesses; Increase legal aid for business teams. Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Duong noted: The drafting agency is requested to fully absorb all comments and contributions to complete the Project on training enterprises and entrepreneurs. In the spirit of thoroughly understanding the project and closely following the actual economic and social situation of the province to provide practical training content related to local reality.

Along with that, evaluate the training quality, achieved results and existing causes; strengthen innovation in training methods... Propose that the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee pay attention to directing Party committees, authorities and enterprises to actively participate in coordinating the implementation of the training plan for enterprises and entrepreneurs in the period of 2016 - 2020, with a view to 2025.
