Nghe An: Highlights of September 11

* On the morning of September 11, at the Quang Ngai Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, the 1st Quang Ngai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term officially opened, with the participation of 450 outstanding delegates, representing more than 91,700 party members. Attending and directing the congress was comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government. * On the morning of September 11, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh signed Decision No. 1959/QD-TTg on ranking 4 special national monuments (18th batch, 2025). According to the decision,Historical sites marking the Nghe Tinh Soviet Movement(1930 - 1931) in Nghe An is one of the four recognized relics.
