Dien Chau: 53 commune-level officials transferred

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing Decree No. 158/2007/ND-CP dated October 27, 2007 of the Government on job rotation for a number of cadres, civil servants, and public employees (CBCC) performing sensitive professional tasks that may lead to negative consequences. In March 2016, Dien Chau transferred 53 commune-level civil servants.

The transferred staff immediately started their new jobs.

The positions rotated this time are: 32 people in finance and accounting, 11 people in police, 6 people in judiciary and 4 people in land and construction. This is the largest rotation of communal-level civil servants ever carried out in accordance with procedures, publicity and democracy.

Thereby, in order to do well the training, testing, comprehensive development and use, arrange cadres reasonably and effectively, build a team of grassroots cadres with strong political will, working capacity and qualifications, trained and tested through practice.
