Mobilization and appointment of personnel of central agencies
Recently, 6 central ministries and branches have organized the announcement and awarding of decisions on personnel work, appointing many leadership positions at department and division levels.
These six agencies include:Central Propaganda Department, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Finance, State Bank of Vietnam, Ministry of Transport.

On the afternoon of March 4, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Long, Minister of Health, presented Decision No. 1199/QD-BYT of the Minister of Health to transfer and appoint Journalist Tran Tuan Linh - Editor-in-Chief of Family and Society Newspaper to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Health and Life Newspaper, Ministry of Health.

On the afternoon of March 4, at the University of Public Health, Prof. Dr. Tran Van Thuan, Deputy Minister of Health, presented Decision No. 998QD/BYT of the Minister of Health recognizing Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Minh, Vice Rector of the University to hold the position of Rector of the University of Public Health.

On March 4, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh presented the Decision of the Minister of Construction on receiving and appointing Mr. Bui Xuan Dung, Head of the State Capital Representative Team, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hanoi Construction Corporation to hold the position of Director of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, Ministry of Construction.

On March 3, Mr. Vo Van Phuong, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, presented the decision of the Central Propaganda Department to receive and appoint Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Luan, Head of the Science Management Department, Academy of Journalism and Communication to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Political Theory, Central Propaganda Department.

On March 2, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Duy Thang presented Decision No. 165/QD-BNV of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. Tran Luu Trung, Senior Specialist of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Home Affairs, to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Wages, Ministry of Home Affairs.

On March 2, the Ministry of Finance awarded the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Nhu Quynh, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director in charge of the Institute of Financial Strategy and Policy, Ministry of Finance.

On the same day, at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE), the Ministry of Finance chaired the ceremony to award decisions to appoint leaders of HoSE.
Accordingly, Mr. Le Hai Tra, member in charge of the Board of Directors, was appointed to the position of General Director and ceased to be a member of the Board of Directors.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha, Member of the Board of Directors, was assigned to be in charge of the HoSE Board of Directors.

Previously, on March 1, the Ministry of Finance also held a ceremony to announce the Decision to assign Mr. Nguyen Anh Phong, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director of the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) to be in charge of the HNX Executive Board.
The appointment of leaders for HoSE and HNX is considered one of the important preparatory steps for the establishment of the Vietnam Stock Exchange (VNX) according to Decision No. 37/2020/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, effective from February 20, 2021.
Vietnam Stock Exchange was established under the parent company - subsidiary model based on the rearrangement of HNX and HoSE. VNX is headquartered in Hanoi, holding 100% of the charter capital of HNX and HoSE.

On March 1, Deputy Governor of the State Bank Doan Thai Son presented the decision of the Governor of the State Bank on the acceptance and appointment of Mr. Dang Hong Linh, Director of the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Phu Yen Branch, to hold the position of Director of the State Bank, Phu Yen Province Branch, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
