Yen My District Police are coordinating with the Criminal Police Department, Hung Yen Provincial Police to investigate the cause of death of two female victims about 15 years old.
Speaking to reporters, the district police leader said that at around 10:30 p.m. last night (June 19), the district police received a report from local residents that two bodies had their necks severed in the overpass area of Highway 5B, Provincial Road 381, in Hoan Long commune.

The Hoan Long Commune authorities coordinated with the District Police to protect the scene and collect information. The two victims were two young local girls who died in a pool of blood, with cuts on their necks. The two were lying face down about 30 meters apart, right on the side of the road, next to a motorbike.
The district police chief said: It has not been determined whether the two girls died as a result of murder or a traffic accident. The police are investigating both sides.
Speaking further about the incident, Hoan Long commune police confirmed: The two victims were friends. The police have now identified the victims and handed over the bodies to their families.

Another source said: Before the incident, one of the two victims posted on Facebook to "expose" another person. On the victim's personal page, there was a challenge, asking to meet to resolve the conflict.
