At 2:00 p.m. on March 25, at the intersection of Luu Son commune, the anti-drug task force of Do Luong district police discovered a suspect with many suspicious signs. Through administrative inspection, it was discovered that Nguyen Dinh Huy - born in 1996, residing in block 8, Do Luong town, was illegally possessing a package of crystal meth weighing 0.305 grams for use.

Through the investigation, Huy confessed to buying the above drugs from Nguyen Thi Thuc, born in 1980, residing in block 10, Do Luong town, for 300,000 VND.

At 3:00 p.m. the same day, the police investigation agency of Do Luong district conducted an emergency search of Nguyen Thi Thuc's house and continued to seize 1 plastic bag containing 2 small white packages weighing 19.620 grams of crystal meth, 1 plastic box weighing 26.675 grams of white crystal meth.

Initially, Thuc confessed that he bought the above amount of crystal meth from a strange man speaking an ethnic language for 14.5 million VND and sold it to addicts for profit.
