Car parked in wrong place, surrounded by dozens of trash cans
The elderly man diligently arranged about 40 closed trash cans around a black SUV parked at one end of the street.
The video was posted on social media about an hour ago but has already been viewed more than 106,000 times and shared 340 times. The man, who is believed to be a janitor, was upset that the driver had parked his car in the wrong place and came up with a special way to warn him. The punishment is believed to have taken place in China.
Illegal parking is not uncommon around the world, and punishing cars for parking in the wrong place is therefore not uncommon, coming from both the government and the people.
