Measuring people's satisfaction with state administrative agencies

The Government Office has just announced the conclusion of Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform (PAR) Truong Hoa Binh at an online conference to evaluate the implementation of measuring and determining the satisfaction index of people and organizations with the services of state administrative agencies.

The announcement stated that on November 8, 2011, the Government issued Resolution No. 30c/NQ-CP on the overall program of State administrative reform for the period 2011-2020. Resolution No. 71/NQ-CP of the Government's regular meeting dated August 5, 2016 stated: "The Government is united and determined to build a clean, strong, honest, and decisive Government, taking people and businesses as the objects of service, creating a favorable environment for investment and business activities"; in which determining the satisfaction index of people and organizations with the service of state administrative agencies is a measure of the quality and progress of public service performance of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

In order to effectively measure and determine the satisfaction index of people and organizations with the services of state administrative agencies in the coming time, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Government Office and a number of experts and scientists to research, develop and approve the Project "Measuring the satisfaction of people and organizations with the services of state administrative agencies in the period 2016-2020" in a cost-effective, practical and effective manner, replicating the model and expanding related administrative procedures, ensuring the promotion of the achieved results and overcoming the limitations and weaknesses in measuring the satisfaction of people and organizations.
