Delegation of Ha Nam Provincial People's Council visited some key projects in Cua Lo town

On the afternoon of June 28, during the visit and working program in Nghe An, the delegation of the People's Council of Ha Nam province led by comrade Le Thi Thuy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited a number of works and projects in Cua Lo town.

Accompanying the delegation were comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades representing the leaders of the Provincial Party Office; Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council; Department of Transport; Department of Planning and Investment; Nghe An Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center.

In Cua Lo town, the working delegation of the People's Council of Ha Nam province visited and heard about the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard project.

The zoning plan of Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard and the area on both sides of Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard was approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province in Decision No. 3228/QD-UBND dated August 19, 2019.

According to the plan, along Vinh - Cua Lo Avenue, each side is 220 - 250m wide, planning to build functional areas and highlight works, creating a modern and synchronous architectural appearance.

The entire Vinh - Cua Lo boulevard is divided into 5 main functional zones including: Gateway center area; Research and development center area; Housing and education center area; Sports and entertainment center area; Tourism and entertainment center area.

The total length of the project is 10.8km, starting at the intersection with Truong Van Linh Street - Vinh city and ending at the intersection with Binh Minh Street, Cua Lo town.

Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard has a total investment of 1,415 billion VND. The project has been implemented since July 2022, and to date, the construction output has reached about 90%, basically completing the road surface, and is completing the sidewalk, electrical system, and traffic corridor on the route, expected to be completed and put into use in July 2024.

Next, the working delegation of Ha Nam Provincial People's Council also visited the Cua Hoi bridge project.

Cua Hoi Bridge across Lam River connects Cua Lo town (Nghe An) and Nghi Xuan district (Ha Tinh) with a length of 5.3 km of bridge and road at both ends, of which the bridge is over 1.7 km. The total investment of the project is 950 billion VND, of which the central budget is 450 billion VND, the local budget is 500 billion VND (Nghe An and Ha Tinh, each province 250 billion VND).

The project started in February 2019 and was completed on October 13, 2020. On March 14, 2021, after 25 months of construction, the bridge was inaugurated and put into use.

Cua Hoi Bridge is a key project, large-scale, breakthrough and of great significance in regional connectivity; contributing to the completion of the coastal road through Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces, improving the traffic system between the two banks of Lam River, gradually completing the traffic infrastructure system in the North Central region, connecting key economic zones in the South of Nghe An province with the North of Ha Tinh province.

Cua Hoi Bridge creates momentum for the development of marine economy, tourism, services, promotes socio-economic development, and ensures regional security and defense.

Visiting the VinWonders Cua Hoi project in Cua Lo town, the delegation of Ha Nam province expressed their impression with the architectural space and scale of the project.

With a scale of 34 hectares, VinWonders Cua Hoi is creatively and flexibly planned to bring a series of unique experiences, extending from the shore to the island, from indoor entertainment to outdoor entertainment. In particular, this place also owns a "collection" of unique marks such as the first and only sea-crossing cable car in the region, 3,520 m long with a capacity of 1,500 passengers/hour and the largest water park in the North Central region with 17 diverse and classy games.

This will be the place where Nghe An people and tourists can satisfy their entertainment needs throughout the four seasons, with a complete journey from entertainment, eco-tourism, cuisine to shopping, or peaceful relaxation.
